Recipe: Georgia Style BBQ Beef (Video)
A tangy BBQ meal using a beef roast, our secret ingredient and served up Georgia style: shredded. The shredded meat can be served on whole wheat sandwich buns, by itself on a plate with baked beans and/or coleslaw or in a bowl with rice.

To shred meat, remove meat pieces from pot and place on cutting board. Hold piece of meat with one fork and in your other hand, shred meat with tines of 2nd fork (see video for demonstration). Place shredded meat back into pot. Continue shredding until all large pieces have been shredded.
